Trends in Damnation is a set of typographic compositions whose elements were sourced entirely from my personal collection of religious tracts, most dating between 1930 and 1970. It is an experiment in what type can be when separated from its source. What emerged through its process were band names, warnings, declarations, and a picture of the fundamentalist rhetoric of the time.
